Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:
You must contact us within 10 days of the date you receive the item. The item can be returned for full credit as long as it is in the original, saleable condition and includes original packaging (no open bubble packaging). You must contact us by phone or email to receive a Return Authorization Number and this number must be noted on the shipping label or package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Any requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. We will not accept return of any items after 30 days.

Item must be returned within 10 days of Return Authorization number being issued. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for items not returned within 15 business days of authorization for return. Items returned without original packaging or missing any parts not noted prior to returning may be cause for a  reduction in refund price or charges for costs of any replacement parts .

DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE TOYS or ORDER ERRORS:
You must contact us within 10 days of the date you receive the item by either phone or email for further instructions. We will not accept returns of damaged, defective or toys received in error without prior authorization. Damaged or defective toys must have their original packaging and be returned with all original packaging and any broken or loose parts. We will not accept return of items without original toy packaging. Items returned without packaging may result in a partial refund. No claims will be accepted after 20 days.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Items ordered after November 1st through Christmas have until January 10th to request returns or report broken items. Regular Return/Damage policy terms will apply.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event you want to cancel an existing order, there may be a cancellation fee.

If an order has been received and the credit card has not been charged, there will be no cancellation fee.

If an order has been received and the credit card has been charged, then a 3% fee will be deducted from the credit refund to cover card processing fees we incur which are not refundable.

If an order has already been shipped, then it cannot be canceled. ALL return fees will be at customer expense. Customers will receive a refund for the amount charged for the items returned, not for original shipping costs.

PAYING BY MONEY ORDER:
If paying by Money Order, payment must be received within 10 business days of placing order. Failure to pay within 10 days will be cause for cancellation of order.
