Return Policy

ALL ORDERS SHOULD BE INSPECTED UPON ARRIVAL FOR DAMAGES or ORDER ERRORS

RETURN POLICY

You must contact us within 10 days of the date you receive your order by phone or email to receive a Return Authorization number. Items can be returned for credit, less a 3% restocking fee, as long as they are in their original unopened toy packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer. No returns accepted after 30 days.

Items should be returned within 10 days of Return Authorization being issued. Items returned without original packaging or missing any parts may be cause for a reduction in refund price.

DAMAGED TOYS or ORDER ERRORS

You must contact us within 10 days of the date you receive your order by phone or email for further instructions regarding return or replacement of damaged or broken items. Returned toys MUST have ALL their original packaging and all broken or loose parts. We will not accept return of items without original toy packaging. No claims will be accepted after 20 days.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Items ordered from November 1st through Christmas have until January 10th to request returns or report broken items. Regular Return or Damage policy terms will apply.

 ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event you want to cancel an existing order, there may be a cancellation fee.

If an order has been received and the credit card has not been charged, there will be no cancellation fee.

If an order has been received and the credit card has been charged, then a 3% fee will be deducted from the credit refund to cover card processing fees we incur which are not refundable.

If an order has already been shipped, then it cannot be canceled. ALL return fees will be at customer expense. Customers will receive a refund for the amount charged for the items returned, not for original shipping costs.

PAYING BY MONEY ORDER:
If paying by Money Order, payment must be received within 10 business days of placing order. Failure to pay within 10 days will be cause for cancellation of order.
