Die-cast metal with rubber tires, metal rims, non-steerable front wheels, standard hole-style hitch. Tractor has been displayed out of the box. In good condition with faded muffler and paint chips on the nose. Box is in very good condition. Made in the U.S.A. in 1995 by SpecCast, 7" L x 4¼" H x 5" W, for ages 8 & up. Item is out of a private collection. Vintage, older out of production toy. AS IS.
