Die-cast metal with rubber tires, metal rims, steerable front wheels, standard hole-style hitch. Seat top, steering wheel and lever tops have all been custom hand painted black. Made in the U.S.A. in 1991 by Scale Models, NO BOX, 9"L x 5.5"H x 6"W, for ages 8 & up. NOTE: item is out of a private collection and has been displayed out of the box. AS IS.
